(1) Any charter or recreational fishing boat which will be in the Gulf of Mexico over twenty-four (24) hours shall file a float plan with the department prior to departure.(2) If a float plan is not filed, the fish on such boat shall not be filleted.Laws, 1994, ch. 578, § 11, eff. 7/1/1994.
