Section 49-17-425 - Disclosure of records, reports, and information

The disclosure of any records, reports or information obtained pursuant to Sections 49-17-401 et seq. shall be governed by the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Section 25-61-1 and Section 49-17-39, Mississippi Code of 1972, and the regulations of the commission promulgated thereunder.Laws, 1988, ch. 547, § 13, eff. 7/1/1988.
