Section 49-2-21 - Attorney General as counsel to Commission and Department of Environmental Quality; executive director authorized to employ legal counsel

The Attorney General shall be counsel and attorney for the commission and the Department of Environmental Quality and shall provide such legal services as may be requested from time to time, without cost.
