The Mississippi Department of Natural Resources, as created in Section 49-2-7, is designated as the primary agency of the State of Mississippi that shall enter into such agreements with the National Space Technology Laboratories (NSTL) located in Hancock County, Mississippi, as may be necessary to enable the State of Mississippi to have full access to all information and technical assistance that is made available through the NSTL.Laws, 1979, ch. 416, § 1, eff. 7/1/1979.
