Section 49-28-31 - Special assessments; bonds secured by pledge thereof

Any bonds secured by a pledge of the special assessments shall mature at any time or times, not exceeding twenty-five (25) years from the date of the bonds, and may be in fully registered form or in bearer form, as determined by the board of commissioners. Laws, 1999, ch. 566, § 16, eff. 4/21/1999.
