The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any provision of this chapter is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision.Laws, 1994, ch. 647, § 10; reenacted, Laws, 1995, ch. 379, § 8, eff. 7/1/1995.
