Section 49-4-19 - Traveling expenses of departmental employees

All employees of the department, when authorized by the executive director, shall be entitled to transportation, traveling and subsistence expenses while away from the office on official business of the department, in accordance with Section 25-3-41, Mississippi Code of 1972.Laws, 1978, ch. 484, § 19; Laws, 2000, ch. 516, § 24, eff. 4/30/2000.
