Section 49-5-25 - Wildlife restoration

The State of Mississippi hereby assents to the provisions of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act of 1937 (Public Law No. 415, 75th Congress, 1st Session), and the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act of 1950 (Public Laws 681, 81st Congress), and the commission may perform any acts as may be necessary to ensure the conservation of fish and wildlife.
