The board of supervisors of any county may add additional territory to any bird and game preserve or sanctuary by an order entered on their minutes defining the boundaries of the same, and such additional territory shall be subject to all the provisions of this chapter.Codes, 1930, § 3883; 1942, § 5839; Laws, 1924, ch. 323.
