The commission is hereby authorized to make and execute agreements, contracts, and other instruments necessary or convenient in the exercise of the powers and functions of the committee under Sections 49-5-61 through 49-5-85, including contracts with any firm, person, corporation, governmental agency or other entity and each and any Mississippi governmental agency is hereby authorized to enter into contracts and otherwise cooperate with the committee to facilitate the purpose of Sections 49-5-61 through 49-5-85.Laws, 1974, ch. 335, § 2; Laws, 2000, ch. 516, § 40, eff. 4/30/2000.
