Section 49-7-143 - Penalties; Class II violations

Any person who has been convicted of a Class II violation shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than sixty (60) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Laws, 1985, ch. 452, § 7; Laws, 1989, ch. 359, § 3, eff. 7/1/1989.
