Section 49-7-7 - Use of revenue from increase in license fees

The revenue collected from any increase in license fees pursuant to Chapter 418, Laws of 2016, shall be designated for use by the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks for recruitment, training, equipping and compensation of conservation officers to fill existing vacancies.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 418, HB 1151, 3, eff. 7/1/2016.
