It shall be unlawful to needlessly disturb or to destroy the nests of birds or their eggs. A violation of this section is a Class II violation and is punishable as provided in Section 49-7-143.Codes, 1942, § 5895: Laws, 1932, ch. 123; Laws, 1985, ch. 452 § 15, eff. 7/1/1985.
