Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 49-7-161 through 49-7-173 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).Laws, 1976, ch. 434, § 7, eff. 7/1/1976.
