Section 5-1-4 - Nomination and election of senators by posts in districts where more than one senator is to be elected

To minimize confusion in the electoral process, in all districts for the election of more than one (1) senator, each senator shall be nominated and elected by posts in order that the voter may have a clear-cut choice for each seat to be chosen from a specific group of candidates (Chapman v.
