The post office or place for distributing the mails and the depository for receiving the outgoing mails, shall be located on the second floor of the capitol, in the room to the left of the entrance, which was provided for such purpose in the plan of the state capitol building.Codes, 1930, § 5366; 1942, § 3364; Laws, 1922, ch. 292.
