Section 5-3-61 - Issuance of performance evaluation and expenditure review reports

The committee shall issue performance evaluation reports and expenditure review reports, favorable or unfavorable, of any agency examined, and such reports shall be a public record. A copy of the report, signed by the chairman of the committee, including committee recommendations, shall be submitted to the governor, to each member of the legislature, and to the official, officer, or person in charge of the agency examined.Laws, 1973, ch. 331, § 6, eff. 3/19/1973.
