The secretary of state shall forthwith communicate the text of this measure to the governor, to the senate, and to the house of representatives of each of the other states of the union, and memorialize each legislature which has not already done so, to enact a law similar to this measure, thus establishing a similar commission with like duties and powers, and thus joining with this state in the common cause of reducing the burdens which are imposed upon the citizens of every state by governmental confusion, competition and conflict.Codes, 1942, § 3324; Laws, 1936, ch. 198.
