Section 5-5-7 - Members of the Commission

The commission on interstate cooperation shall be composed of eleven members, namely;The five members of the committee on interstate cooperation of the senate,The five members of the committee on interstate cooperation of the house of representatives, andThe governor.Codes, 1942, § 3320; Laws, 1936, ch. 198.
