The commission on interstate cooperation may provide such rules as it considers appropriate concerning the membership and the functioning of the committee. Members of the commission shall be compensated by a per diem as is authorized by law for each day spent in actual discharge of their duties and shall be reimbursed for mileage and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties in accordance with the requirements of Section 25-3-41.Codes, 1942, § 3321; Laws, 1936, ch. 198; Laws, 1980, ch. 560, § 4, eff. 5/26/1980.
