Section 51-13-115 - Park and recreation facilities

The Tombigbee River Valley Water Management District is authorized to establish or otherwise provide for public parks and recreation facilities and for the preservation of fish and wildlife, and to acquire land otherwise than by condemnation except as provided in subsection (e) of Section 51-13-111 for such purposes, within the project area.Codes, 1942, § 5956-137; Laws, 1962, ch. 224, § 7, eff. 5/1/1962.
