Each of the counties in which the Tallahatchie River Authority is located is authorized and empowered to contribute any amount or amounts which the board of supervisors thereof deems advisable, acting in their sole discretion, to be paid from the general county fund of the respective counties.Added by Laws, 2022, ch. 411, HB 1323,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2022.
