The admission of the State of Tennessee into the Tombigbee-Tennessee Waterway Development Compact is hereby approved, and the State of Tennessee shall become a party to the compact upon its execution by the governor of the State of Tennessee.The secretary of state of Mississippi is hereby requested to transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to the governor of Alabama and to the governor of Tennessee.Codes, 1942, § 5956-46; Laws, 1959, Ex.
