Section 51-27-5 - Commonwealth of Kentucky admitted into compact

The admission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky into the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Compact is hereby approved, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall become a party to the compact upon its execution by the governor of the commonwealth.The secretary of state is hereby requested to transmit duly certified copies of this section to the governors of the States of Alabama, Tennessee, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.Codes, 1942, § 5956-47; Laws, 1962, ch. 221.
