Section 51-29-109 - Expenses of chancellor to be paid by district

As a part of the cost of the organization and conduct of a drainage district, the chancellor may tax his own traveling and hotel expenses in deciding all hearings provided for in this chapter, when such hearings are had before the chancellor in vacation.
