Section 51-29-13 - Order establishing district

The order of the chancery court, or chancellor in vacation, establishing such drainage districts shall have the force of a judgment. Any owner of real property within the district may appeal from said judgment to the supreme court within twenty days after said order has been made; but if no appeal is taken within that time, such judgment shall be deemed conclusive and binding upon all real property within the boundaries of the district, and upon the owners thereof.
