Section 51-29-143 - Provisions applicable to extended districts

All the provisions of this chapter shall apply to the organization and operation of extended existing drainage districts, as authorized by the provisions of Sections 51-29-131 through 51-29-143, in so far as the same are or can be made applicable.Codes, Hemingway's 1921 Supp. § 4487g; 1930, § 4525; 1942, § 4751; Laws, 1920, ch. 281.
