The words 'real property', whenever used in this chapter, shall have the same meaning as when used in the law providing for state and county revenues, and shall embrace all railroads within the district.The word 'ditch,' as used in this chapter, shall be held to include branch or lateral drains, tile drains, levees, sluiceways, water courses, floodgates, and any other construction work found necessary for the reclamation of wet and overflowed lands.Codes, Hemingway's 1917, §§ 4443, 4478; 1930, §§ 4461, 4499; 1942, §§ 4687, 4725; Laws, 1912, ch. 195.
