In addition to any other remedies that might now be available, any person or interested party aggrieved by an order of the commission or of the permit board shall have the right to perfect an appeal to the appropriate chancery court in the manner set forth in Sections 49-17-41 and 49-17-29.Codes, 1942, § 5956-25; Laws, 1956, ch. 167, § 25; Laws, 1985, ch. 459, § 27, eff. 4/1/1985.
