Section 51-31-109 - Expenses of chancellor and master taxed against district

The chancellor or any master appointed by the chancellor shall be entitled to receive and shall tax against the drainage district, as a part of the costs, all expenses incurred by the chancellor or master on account of hearing, considering, and determining any and all matters connected with the organization of such drainage district.
