Section 51-31-11 - Oath and bond of drainage commissioners

Each person selected county drainage commissioner shall, before entering upon the discharge of the duties of the office, give bond, with sufficient surety, to be payable, conditioned and approved as provided by law, in a penalty not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
