Section 51-31-127 - Separate financial account kept for subdrainage district

The drainage commissioners and the treasurer of the main drainage district shall keep a separate account of all funds and expenses and payments of a subdrainage district, so that at any time the account will show the exact financial condition of such subdrainage district, both as to receipts and disbursements.Codes, 1930, § 4435; 1942, § 4640; Laws, 1922, ch. 214.
