Upon the exercise of any power under the provisions of Sections 51-33-1 through 51-33-9 or under the provisions of Sections 51-33-11 through 51-33-15, a drainage district shall be and become known as a 'water management district.'Codes, 1942, § 4606.7; Laws, 1958, ch. 456, § 4.
