Section 51-33-65 - Release of lands by agreement with commissioners and bondholders

In any drainage district of the State of Mississippi which has an outstanding bonded indebtedness, any landowner may secure a release of his lands, or any part thereof, from the lien of the assessment of benefits thereon for drainage purposes by paying to the drainage commissioners such an amount as may be agreed upon by the drainage commissioners and the owners of all outstanding bonds of such drainage district.Codes, 1942, § 4660-01; Laws, 1944, ch. 302, § 1.
