Section 51-33-99 - Dissolution of district with construction not requiring maintenance

Any drainage district heretofore organized which has constructed drainage canals and which has no outstanding indebtedness, bonded or otherwise, and wherein there is no necessity of maintenance work from year to year may be dissolved by the chancery court in which the drainage district was organized, or by the chancellor in vacation, in the manner hereinafter provided.Codes, 1942, § 4661; Laws, 1934, ch. 230.
