§ 51-4-21-8

In accordance with Section 51-4-7, the Bogue Chitto River from the confluence with Boone Creek in Lincoln County to the Mississippi-Louisiana state line is designated as eligible for nomination to the State Scenic Streams Stewardship Program. Laws, 2007, ch. 313, § 1, eff. 3/12/2007.
