Bonds shall be executed by the manual or facsimile signature of the chairman of the water authority and by manual or facsimile signature of the secretary of the water authority. In case any of the officers whose signatures appear on the bonds cease to be that officer before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes. The bonds shall be sealed with the seal of the water authority. Laws, 2003, ch. 512, § 12, eff. 7/1/2003.
