Section 51-41-7 - Authority generally

There is conferred upon a water authority, the authority to take such action and to do, or cause to be done, such things as are necessary or desirable to accomplish and implement the purposes and intent of this chapter according to the import of this chapter. Laws, 2003, ch. 512, § 4, eff. 7/1/2003.
