A petition for creation of a master water management district shall set forth the proposed name of the district, the necessity for the district, and a general description of the region intended to be embraced therein; and it shall pray for the organization of the district by the name proposed.Codes, 1942, § 5956-104; Laws, 1960, ch. 175, § 4, eff. 5/10/1960.
