Section 51-8-15 - Payment of costs

All costs incident to the publication of the notices and all other costs incident to the public hearing and election provided in Sections 51-8-7 and 51-8-11 may be paid by the applicable governing body.Laws, 1985, ch. 481, § 8, eff. 7/1/1985.
