Section 51-8-49 - Tax exemption

The property and revenue of such district shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation. Bonds issued pursuant to this chapter and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation, except inheritance, transfer and estate taxes, and it may be so stated on the face of said bonds.Laws, 1985, ch. 481, § 25, eff. 7/1/1985.
