Section 51-9-227 - Severability of provisions

If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of the provisions of this act shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.Laws, 1985, ch. 428, § 18, eff. 3/26/1985.
