Section 53-11-17 - Hearings before the board; notice; rules of procedures; emergency; service of process; public records; request for hearings; orders and compliance orders

All public hearings before the board under this chapter shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 53-1-19 through 53-1-37.Laws, 2011, ch. 437, § 9, eff. 3/23/2011.
