The reclamation plan shall include in the degree of detail as the commission may require by regulation:(1) An identification of lands subject to surface coal mining operations over the estimated life of those operations;(2) Information about the condition and variety of uses of the land at the time of the application and the proposed uses of the land after reclamation;(3) A description of how reclamation is to be achieved, including a schedule of and timetable for significant reclamation activities;(4) An estimate of reclamation costs;(5) The steps to be taken to comply with applicable air and water quality standards, health and safety standards and performance standards applicable to reclamation adopted under this chapter; and(6) Any other information consistent with the federal act as the permit board or commission may require to demonstrate that the reclamation required by this chapter can be accomplished.Laws, 1979, ch. 477, § 13; Laws, 1997, ch. 306, § 14, eff. 3/10/1997.
