Section 55-13-29 - Construction of Sections 55-13-15 through 55-13-29

The provisions of Sections 55-13-15 through 55-13-29 are to be construed together with all other laws of Mississippi with reference to the Natchez Trace and the condemning of land, and said provisions are to be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes of said sections and to obtain the benefits of the funds granted the State of Mississippi by the United States government.Codes, 1942, § 6002; Laws, 1936, ch. 201.
