The repairing, remodeling and enlarging of the Mississippi Memorial Stadium shall be carried on throughout in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Chapter 390, Laws of 1960.Laws, 1974, ch. 534, § 2; Laws, 1979, ch. 360, § 13; Laws, 1989, ch. 548, § 5, eff. 4/19/1989.
