After any district has been formed, any other county located immediately adjacent to a district, and any municipality therein, may join a district by the same procedure as if it were initiating the district, including the appointment of an additional member to the existing board of directors.Laws, 1994, ch. 574, § 8, eff. 4/7/1994.
