Section 55-3-2 - Definitions

For purposes of Chapter 3, Title 55, Mississippi Code of 1972, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless the context otherwise requires:(a) 'Commission' means the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.(b) 'Department' means the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.(c) 'Executive director' means the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
