Section 55-3-23 - Maintenance of cemetery where donors of Kurtz State Forest buried

The Mississippi Forestry Commission is authorized, annually, to pay to the State Line Cemetery Association, out of the proceeds and receipts derived from timber sales in the Kurtz State Forest, an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for the upkeep of the cemetery in which W.
