Section 55-5-21 - Definitions

For the purposes of Sections 55-5-19 through 55-5-33, all terms applying to any parkway, such as 'secretary,' 'parkway,' 'scenic landscape,' 'sightly or safety easement,' 'access,' 'parkway road,' 'frontage,' and other or similar terms, which are defined in any act of the United States Congress applicable to such national parkway, shall have the meanings set forth in such act.Codes, 1942, § 5979; Laws, 1940, ch. 160.
